——评张凤《哈佛问学录》在中国的出版、影响与贡献

摘要:张凤女士的散文集《哈佛问学录》是一部跨文化交流视角的作品,它在国内出版后,受到广泛传播,颇具影响力。该书描绘了众多华裔学者在哈佛的学术生涯与思想历程,不仅阐述了书中学者们学术兴趣的生发和学术成就,也谈及他们的人生际遇——既有学术深度,也有社会价值。《哈佛问学录》在促进中西文化交流方面发挥了重要作用,为中国社会重新审视知识分子的作用、思考教育体制改革提供了新视角。在全球化与现代化的背景下,深入剖析《哈佛问学录》的出版、影响和贡献,将引发更多人对该书涉及的中西文化碰撞与融合、社会思想发展等议题的关注与思考。

Title: Academic Inheritance and Dialogue from a Cross Cultural Perspective: The Publication, Influence, and Contributions of Dialogues with Harvard Scholars over 30 Years in China written by Zhang Feng

Abstract: Zhang Feng’s essay collection Dialogues with Harvard Scholars over 30 Years is a work from a cross-cultural communication perspective. After its publication in China, this book has been widely spread and has a great influence. It records the academic careers of numerous Chinese scholars at Harvard, not only writing about the origins and achievements of their academic interests mentioned in the book, but also discussing their life experiences. It has both academic depth and social value. Dialogues with Harvard Scholars over 30 Years has played an important role in promoting cultural exchange between China and the West, providing a new perspective for Chinese society to re-examine the role of intellectuals and reflect on educational system reform. In the context of globalization and modernization, a thorough analysis of the publication, influence, and contribution of Dialogues with Harvard Scholars over 30 Years will trigger more attention and reflection on the collision and integration of Chinese and Western cultures, as well as the development of social thought and other issues covered in the book.
