文化教学与传播新路径:体验式双语教学

——评《中国传统文化体验式双语教学设计》

摘要:国际中文教育是国家和民族的事业,汉语国际教育专业不仅承担着语言教学的任务,还肩负着文化传播的使命。初清华、孙慧莉主编的《中国传统文化体验式双语教学设计》以“建立国际传播专门人才队伍”为编写初衷,以“用英语讲好中国故事”为编写理念,结合跨文化交际学、传播学、语言学等多学科理论设计体验式双语教学课堂,旨在帮助本专业学生坚定文化自信,增强文化自觉,掌握中华优秀传统文化的国际表达方式、当代价值和国际影响,掌握相关文化技艺及文化双语教学的步骤和方法,是探索汉语国际教育专业传播中华优秀传统文化路径的有益尝试。

Title: New Path of Cultural Teaching and Communication: Experiential Bilingual Teaching——A Review of Design of Experiential Bilingual Teaching for Traditional Chinese Culture

Abstract:  International Chinese language education is a cause of the state and the nation. The major of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages not only undertakes the task of language teaching, but also shoulders the mission of cultural communication. Design of Experiential Bilingual Teaching for Traditional Chinese Culture, edited by Chu Qinghua and Sun Huili, is written with the original intention of “establishing a team of international communication specialists” and the concept of “telling China’s stories well in English”. Combining the theories of cross-cultural communication, communication, linguistics and other disciplines, Design of Experiential Bilingual Teaching for Traditional Chinese Culture is designed to help students of this major strengthen their cultural confidence, enhance their cultural self-awareness, grasp the international expression, contemporary value and international influence of fine traditional Chinese culture, and master the steps and methods of related cultural skills and bilingual cultural teaching. It is a useful attempt for the major of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages to explore the path of spreading fine traditional Chinese culture.
